Any person who makes a booking infers by doing so that they have read, understood and accepted these conditions of hire. LuxCars Development Pty Ltd & Cinderella Limo thank you for reading through our conditions and wish you to enjoy your special occasion!

Deposits, Cancellations & Refund Policy

Deposits of 50% are required to confirm and secure your booking. In the event that the booking is cancelled, this must be communicated to us in writing via our contact page or by emailing us on info@gcluxcars.com.au

Our refund policy is as follows:

  1. Over 30 days from reservation date – Fully refundable deposit
  2. Between 15-30 days of reservation date – 50% deposit is refundable
  3. Within 14 days of reservation – The deposit is not refundable

*Refunds can only be authorised by the Director of LuxCars Pty Ltd

Financial Liability of Passengers \ Hirer

Please note: The Hirer assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the duration of the journey by the Hirer or any members of their party.

At the Chauffeur’s discretion, the Hirer agrees to be fully liable for all charges that may incur but are not limited to:

$10.00 per broken glassware

$100.00 minimum for each carpet \ seat burn

$250.00 Sanitation fee (due to sickness interior)

$100.00 Detailing and wax (due to sickness exterior)

$300.00 minimum for each act of vandalism

Hirer is responsible for the proper treatment of the interior and exterior of the vehicle by all passengers. If any damage to the vehicle is caused during the period of booking, the hirer will be held responsible for the cost of repairs/replacements. This includes electronics, DVDs, glasses and interior  & exterior décor.


The driver has the right to terminate the journey without refund if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s) or if client(s) do not follow drivers request to obey the rules and safety of the journey

Drug use is prohibited by law.

By strict federal law, alcohol is not to be consumed by any passengers under the age of 18.

No smoking is allowed in or within 4 metres of our limo.

We will not be responsible for articles left in the limo.

We cannot guarantee the availability of overtime.

Intoxicated, dangerous or irresponsible behavior is not tolerated in the Cinderella Limo and may result in the termination of journey, without refund. This will be at the discretion of our Limo drivers.

If a passenger needs to go to the toilet during the journey, the driver will find a public bathroom nearby. The time of any detours and waiting periods will be included in the arranged duration of the journey or risk being charged for overtime. If your cruise exceeds the agreed booking time, the additional charges apply as per the hourly rates.

If excessive cleaning is required (e.g. a passenger is ill) the hirer is also responsible for a minimum $100 cleaning fee. If a passenger is feeling ill, please be advised that Cinderella Limo™ contains sick bags and are also able to pull over at any time. If passengers have been at a beach or other sandy area, they are required to wash and/or shake sand from their bodies,feet, clothing and possessions before boarding the Limo.
